Culinary Tour
Program: 3 days / 2 nights
1st Day
NATAL / CAICÓ
JARDIM DO SERIDÓ
- Departure from Natal heading to the city of Caicó;
- Lunch in a selected restaurant, menu: picanha stuffed with coalho cheese and escondidinho (typical meat specialty);
- After lunch, visit to some of the bakeries in town;
- At the end of the day, visit to the Cachaça Samanaú Alambique;
- Dinner in a selected restaurant, menu: carpaccio of carne-de-sol (sun-dried meat);
- Sleep in Jardim do Seridó.
2nd Day
JARDIM DO SERIDÓ
CURRAIS NOVOS
- After breakfast, a culinary workshop with Mrs. Da Gula;
- Lunch in Mrs. Da Guia's house, menu: buchada de bode (goat specialty);
- Free afternoon with option of pool;
- Dinner in a selected restaurant, menu: grilled carne-de-sol, green beans, coalho cheese and paçoca (local specialty);
- Sleep in Currais Novos.
3rd Day
CURRAIS NOVOS
CERRO CORÁ / NATAL
- Before we return to Natal, visit to the Chã da Divisão Farm in Cerro Corá;
- Typical breakfast, menu with at least 17 varieties of food, among them: cakes, tapiocas, sweets, fruits, juices, and other;
- Return to Natal.
